Both concierges, Wendy and the other lady were very helpful in getting all that we needed to do extra on our trip. The hotel service was very good, from the cleaning crew, the maid the waiters and waitresses, the bar keepers to the front desk host. Mikol was excellent at the hotel Morpho. Rollo was a top notch waiter. Jasmin and all the other servers were impeccable. Thank you for making my first experience the best standard. I can't forget Crhistian and Wilmer from our adventure and ATV your. It was worth it. The ride to Ponderosa was a little long, but it was worth it when got there. The tour on the ATV was awesome as well. I lost my new hat, but it was a great ride. Thanks to all involved in the experience again and continue to keep that standard. O'Neill return again. Rooms have no beach view. Management refused to speak with us, when we complained. There are certainly much better deals in Costa Rica.

Our stay at Azura was absolutely beautiful! The views were stunning, the food was delicious, and the amenities were all very impressive! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us have the best time possible - Rolo and Wendy were particularly bright parts of our stay! Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun time at Azura and a great first visit to Costa Rica!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We checked in and our entire room was filthy. The bed had blood and urine stains all over. The bathroom fixtures were all rusted and the sink was leaking anytime we turned the water on. The roof had BLACK MOLD all over it. The couch had stains and mold all over. The shower head was dirty and had mold on the corners. The resort pool water was too low for the filter and the water was basically just sitting and not filtering at all. The gym was a joke. The door handle is a zip tie. The walls have mold and termites eating away at them. The equipment broke halfway through a workout and we were hurt by the impact of falling. This resort is a complete joke. Not even half a star. To make matters worse, the hotel staff are complete liars and they refused to allow me to speak to anyone in charge. They would not provide management or any corporate contact. STAY AWAY. Check photographs!!

The staff at Azure went above and beyond for us, especially Rolo, he made us feel incredibly welcome and at home here for the week. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on. Beautiful country and great resort!

El hotel Azura en playa Sámara, es un verdadero oasis en medio de tanta naturaleza. Es un lindo lugar para estar en pareja. Me sorprendió la calidad de los restaurantes, estuve en Tao, que es comida oriental, muy bueno. Los desayunos son abundantes, frutas, huevos, quesos, jugos naturales, etc, para familias cuentas con unas villas amplias y buena vista. La habitación que disfrute es muy amplia, cama king, salita, y tina en el balcón, simplemente maravillosa. Pero lo mejor de Azura es su gente, te resuelven los problemas y te asesoran muy bien para cualquier tour que requieras. Esta ubicado a 1 hora de Nicoya, a 3 de Punta Arenas y unas 4,5 horas de Sn José, pero bien vale la pena el viaje.

We were moved to Azura from Hotel Villa Playas next door and what a pleasant surprise! Quiet, beautiful, clean and excellent food. We were provided excellent services throughout our week stay. We would like to acknowledge Jesu, Luz, Luis, Julian, Alejandro (outstanding bartender at pool bar), Rolando, David, Hazel , the chefs and all the staff. Muchas Gracias!
